Hogwarts Castle

Beyond the old oak doors of Hogwarts Castle is the entrance hall. The double doors on the right lead to the Great Hall, while the marble staircase ahead will take you to the first floor.

A set of stairs just off of the Great Hall leads down into the basement. Here one can find the kitchens and the Hufflepuff common room. Deeper within the castle are the dungeons, housing the Slytherin common room, Potions classroom, and countless secrets.

This massive set of staircases connects each floor of Hogwarts. The stairs have a mind of their own, often moving without warning. The walls are lined with hundreds of chatty portraits of witches and wizards.
